Dinara Kulibayeva is a leading international educator, academic and social development expert who has played a leading role in shaping Kazakhstan’s education landscape for nearly three decades.
She is the founder of the NNEF Public Foundation, the first organisation in Kazakhstan to introduce international standards to educational institutions. Dinara is also the founder of the Halyk Charitable Fund, one of the country’s most impactful philanthropic organisations.
Her commitment to childhood development, pedagogical science, and community welfare also extends internationally through the Montes Alti Educational Foundation in Geneva, which delivers inclusive and creative learning programmes.
